1. Acceptance of terms

Before payment, you must tick the checkout checkbox confirming that you have read and accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, do not continue to the checkout provider or purchase the product.

2. Digital product

The 28 Day Weight Loss Plan is a digital meal-planning product. It may include an online members area, printable PDF, recipes, grocery guidance, meal-prep guidance, tracking resources and related support material. No physical product is shipped.

3. General wellness disclaimer

The content is for general educational and meal-planning purposes only. It is not medical advice, nutrition therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before major diet changes if you take medication, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or unsure.

4. Results vary

Results are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes depend on consistency, starting point, food choices, activity level and personal circumstances.

5. Account access

Access is linked to the Google email used when signing in and purchasing. Access is valid for 90 days from successful payment confirmation. When that period expires, the site will ask you to purchase another 90 days before opening the online plan again. Keep access to that Google account secure. If you purchased with one email and sign in with another, the system may not recognise your entitlement until you contact support.

6. Payment and checkout

Checkout is handled by the payment provider shown during purchase. Your access is activated after payment confirmation is received by the website. The current USD offer is $14.99 USD, with the previous price shown as $29 USD. Prices and offers may change in future.

7. Licence and permitted use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the plan for your own household. You may not resell, upload, share publicly, copy into another product, distribute, or claim the content as your own.

8. Refunds

Refunds are only available if the product is inaccessible and support cannot restore access. Refunds are not offered for change of mind, non-use, personal preference, or weight-loss outcomes.

9. Availability and updates

We may update the website, product files, checkout flow, recipes, access rules or support process. We aim to keep access reliable, but temporary downtime, hosting issues, payment-provider delays or maintenance may occur.

10. Cancellation and delivery

The 28 Day Weight Loss Plan is delivered digitally through the members area after the checkout provider confirms payment. There is no physical shipping. Because access is delivered digitally after payment confirmation, post-payment cancellation is handled under our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
